What's the typical lead time from deposit to delivery?

Your deposit reserves your specific machine and puts it in line for inspection.

 

If your machine is in our regional warehouse, an independent third-party inspector goes through it and produces a 100+ point pre-delivery inspection report — the PDI — along with a walkthrough video of your exact unit. Once it passes, it's delivered to your job site within 2 to 7 days.

 

Inventory moves, so some models aren't always in stock. If yours is inbound, we tell you the timeline before you put any money down. You'll never find out about a delay after we have your deposit.

Do you have a physical showroom?

No. That's the point. No showroom means no showroom overhead — and none of that cost gets passed to you. Every machine is warehoused, inspected, and shipped directly to you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available and you can apply online — no dealer, no showroom, no negotiation required.

Do you ship to my zip code and what is the shipping cost?

We ship anywhere in the NY tri-state area (for now), delivered to your job site. 

 

Freight is billed separately based on your location, and we'll give you an estimate before you reserve.

What is the warranty and is there a guarantee?

Every machine comes with a warranty — up to a three year depending on the model — covering manufacturer defects in parts.

 

The manufacturer covers parts, not labor. APEX EQ covers both, for the full length of your warranty — at your location, at no cost to you.

 

50-Hour Break-In Service (PRO machines only) Every new PRO machine gets a full break-in service at 50 hours. That's day 5 to 7 on an active machine. We send a qualified mechanic to you. Included. No scheduling. No extra charge.

 

In the first year, you're also covered by our Year One Care Plan. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing problem, we fix it at no cost to you. Just send us a detailed video and photos, and we take care of the rest — parts and labor included.

 

Your Care Plan also includes, at month six, a full on-site mechanical service, performed at your location. Our mechanic will handle everything: oil, filters, hydraulic fluid, grease, track or wheel adjustment, and a full wear assessment. You'll also receive a written condition report when it's done. APEX EQ schedules it all — no cost or effort on your end.

The machine price on the page is the price you pay. No hidden documentation fees. No dealer prep charges. No add-ons at signing.

I need to test drive it before I buy. How does that work?

No — you can't operate the machine before it's delivered, and we won't pretend otherwise.
 

Here's what you get instead. Your deposit reserves your specific machine and triggers a full independent inspection: 100+ checkpoints, a written report, and a walkthrough video of your unit before it ships. You see the actual machine you're buying.

 

Then it's delivered to your job site, and you have 30 days. If a covered defect shows up, we fix it or refund it.
